1. Informational purpose only

ProofOfRep is an informational platform. Submissions represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual contributors and are not verified facts. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. ProofOfRep makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any submission.

2. Eligibility and account conduct

You may only maintain one account. Creating duplicate accounts to evade a ban or circumvent submission limits is prohibited and will result in permanent removal. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Submission standards

By submitting a report you confirm that you have genuine firsthand experience with the project you are reporting on. Submissions must be based on real interactions — you may not report on behalf of others or fabricate an experience.

Each submission requires supporting evidence (a public link or uploaded screenshot). Submitting fabricated, altered, or misleading proof is grounds for an immediate permanent ban and removal of all associated content.

4. Prohibited content

The following will be rejected or removed, and may result in account suspension:

• Defamatory statements presented as fact
• Harassment or personal attacks against individuals
• Reports submitted without genuine firsthand experience
• Fabricated or manipulated evidence
• Coordinated inauthentic submissions (e.g., vote brigading)
• Content that violates applicable law

5. Content moderation

All submissions enter a pending review queue. ProofOfRep reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any submission or project listing at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Removal does not imply admission of wrongdoing by any party.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ProofOfRep does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

ProofOfRep and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, reliance on any submission, or any content published by third parties on this platform.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
